Soloprotect Solutions

SoloProtect is provided exclusively by Connexion2 Limited, the manufacturer of the market leading Identicom range of lone worker protection devices.

SoloProtect solutions are all inclusive managed services designed to offer the very highest levels of lone worker protection. The SoloProtect solution includes an Identicom, 24/7 manned monitoring, mobile network connection and airtime*, full user training and our TotalCare™ support package.  SoloProtect ensures that lone workers can call upon the backup they need, where and when they need it.

Disguised as a standard identity card holder, Identicom provides a discreet means of alerting SoloProtect’s 24 hour manned monitoring centre to your situation.  Whether injured, or facing physical or verbal abuse, the monitoring centre will be able to listen to, and record, what occurs during the incident, to ensure proportionate and immediate action.  Recordings are admissible as evidence in court or may be used to support changes in working practices.

In the event of an incident a predefined set of escalation tasks will be followed by qualified personnel in the monitoring centre. This will include escalation to the Police if the incident warrants such a response and/or notification of the incident through to appropriate memebers of staff in your organisation. The monitoring service we provide as part of SoloProtect is accredited to the most stringent UK regulations including BS5979 Cat II.

Romad Personal Safety Phone

Romad Personal Safety Phone (RSP) represents the leading edge in mobile design and location technology.

The Romad RSP-100 is small, slim line and lightweight. Measuring only 90mm in height, 46mm in width and a depth of 17.5mm makes the unit compact and comfortable. Weighing only 62.5g with the standard battery attached means that the device can be worn on a lanyard, or placed in a mobile case.

Simple over the air commands are used to configure the device, providing 4 pre-programmable speed dial numbers and a rugged SOS alert button. An additional 15 numbers can be stored and accessed through the Phonebook, making a total of 20 numbers (including the SOS number). The screen is clear and defined providing 96×25 pixel lines of text and permanently displays battery and signal strength indicators.
